Bright Star Society and Compassionate hands for Nepal (CHFN) organized a 15 days comprehensive training on leadership, personality development skills for the youth with disabilities. Media to medicine, health to hospitality management, sexuality to behavior-change communications and lots of topics were covered and discussed during the training enabling youth who attended the training from different districts to ease their livelihood options at this post-earthquake transition.
25 young participants, in which most of them were visually-impaired, attended the training with the purpose of unleashing their leadership potentials and take their career in the next phase of development. The sessions were provided by different prominent trainers including Raman Nepali, Bashudev Adhikari, Dr. Prakash Raj Regmi, Samita Magranti, Tulsi Bharadwaj, Sangita Mayur, Ambika Pradhan and so on who are the brightest icons representing different professional fields with high expertise in their respective fields such as personality development, radio programming, public speaking, medicines, media and so many other reputed sectors of the society.
Today’s young minds are the futures of tomorrow! Today’s students are the leaders of tomorrow’s New Nepal! So we envision the revolution of changes, hopes and possibilities in these young minds!
